SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to the following countries:
All member states of the European Union (EU) as well as Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs within Germany and the EU are €0.00 (free shipping) per order.
Shipping costs outside the EU (Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom) are €26.99 flat rate per order.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional costs may arise in individual cases which are beyond our control and must be borne by you. These include, for example, transfer fees charged by credit institutions (e.g. bank transfer or exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g. customs duties, import VAT).

If you wish to have your order shipped to another country, please contact us before placing your order at paweversoul@gmail.com and provide the item, quantity, and desired delivery address. We will promptly inform you whether shipping to the requested country is possible and, if so, provide the shipping costs after checking with our shipping partner.
RETURN POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day after you or a third party (not the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
Conditions for Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the withdrawal period with a clear statement (e.g., email).

Return of Goods
You have 14 days from your withdrawal notice to return the goods. You bear the direct costs of returning the item unless otherwise stated.
Products must be unused and only handled to the extent necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functionality. If you used the product beyond that, we may demand compensation for reduced value.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved or specially designed urns). These cannot be returned.
Refund
We will refund all payments received (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment. We may withhold refund until we have received the goods or proof of return shipment.
