Terms & Conditions (AGB)
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all orders and pre-orders placed via www.paweversoul.com by consumers within the EU.
2. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are produced and dispatched starting mid-October 2025. Dates are estimates and may shift. We will notify you of material changes.
3. Prices & Payment
Prices in EUR, incl. VAT where applicable. Payment due at checkout via available methods. We retain title until full payment.
4. Shipping
Dispatch from Germany. Costs, methods, and delivery windows are defined in the Shipping Policy.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right after delivery. Custom/personalized items are excluded by law. Details in the Return Policy.
6. Warranty
Statutory consumer rights apply. We are liable for intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence only for breach of essential duties; liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
7. Governing Law & Venue
German law applies excluding CISG. If permissible, venue is Munich, Germany.
8. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged nor generally willing to participate in ADR before a consumer arbitration board.
